About
Founded in 1961, the Customs Lawyers Association (CLA) is a professional association of customs and international trade
attorneys and practitioners dedicated to the promotion and advancement of trade law. The CLA hosts educational and social
events throughout the year to engage and connect on trade law.
CLA Board
The CLA Board consists of customs and international
trade law attorneys currently practicing in the public
sector. President Kristina Frolova and Vice President Joy
Marie Virga have worked together at U.S. Customs and
Border Protection for over five years, with backgrounds
in private practice, arbitration, and international policy.
Membership
Membership is $50 annually, for both public and private sector practitioners.
Membership is $25 annually for students.
